We do not have to return it to sender.
I have found that just causes more drama.

We just have to kinda step aside

and say 'wow that there wasn't meant for nor about me'

and let it fly by.

And then ask ourselves:

What about me made me a target for that ?

Cause I am worth more than that - do I not see / believe that ?

Our advent candles stand on a silver plate.

I decorate it with something we love.

This year I am going to decorate it with one of my top 5 gratitudes in life: ocean - water - beach - stones ...

So in a few mintes when the children go to school I'm taking a bucket and getting sand / shells / stones from the beach near us.

Let us spend advent in gratitude.

Make advent a time of gratitude and a love feast.

A few years ago I spent advent mirroring to my husband who he is. Every day he was handed a card. On that card was the date on the front and on the back 'one thing I love about YOU'. Each day for 24 days he was handed one beautiful truth about himself.

I mentioned this in passing to my niece who is now 18 and is living with her boyfriend of 2 years. And tonight she called me to thank me. She had spent her day making a calender like this for her love. And doing so had filled her with so much love and gratitude for him.

She mentioned this in passing at work and a coworker is now doing the same for her husband :-)

this warms my heart

and I am now mentioning this in passing to YOU ......

especially my male friends
now 3 women have done this ;-)
time for a princess to hear 24 lovely things about herself from her mate :-)

Hmm dear facebook friends facebook is not saving all my notifications again.

Things you posted to me during the night are now gone and face is only showing me what you did in response to moi post 7:30am - our night time activity has been censored ;-) ... so I am sorry if there is something I do not reply to.

I had a lovely day with the babies. I hugged a stranger and another hugged me today ;-) !

Highly recommend it ! I hugged a stranger because she has started an organization that helps families who do not have an extended family and who are going through a rough time either because a child is ill or a parent is. If you for example have babies who are ill and you do not sleep at night - people step in and take care of your baby for a few hours as you sleep in the morning. I am going to volunteer for this. Both my children were ill as babies and Åge and I barely slept for years - we were a mess: no memory and dizzy and we said "when this is over we are going to help others because this is hell you should not have to deal with alone". As she told me what she had started I had chills going through me and I started to cry and I told her what a beautiful human being she is and I hugged her and hugged her :-) ! And later a man hugged me outside of the grocery store. He came singing out of the store as I walked out. I replied to his song with a song and he looked at me and put his arms in the air and said "its a month until christmas!!!!" and hugged me.

Life is good. PEOPLE ARE GOOD. People are scared, sad and sometimes do stupid things but people are GOOD. That's all she wrote ;-)

I tried it this morning and it was quite powerful.

Today I had the chance to sit for a moment with some small children.
While listening to fog horns we made our own horns.

We closed our eyes and listened to for example: 'Cathrine horn'.

Once in blue moon
I feel the pull of your tide.
I let the waves caress me.
Float, flow.
Then I remember that

good morning to me
was merely an
echo
of her mornings
neither good nor bad
just an echo
and it washes over me
that my gravitation is
elsewhere and that
blue moons are
an illusion.
